Step 1. Click here to download the child sponsorship form. If you would like to choose the child yourself just check the "I've chosen a child" box" someone will call you to go through some of the available children. If you're happy for us to choose a child for you just check the "I would like Mukti to choose a child for me".

Step 2. Download either the credit card authority form or the direct credit form depending on what method of payment you'd prefer to use.

(If you're paying by cheque or money order, simply fill in the sponsorship form indicating your preference to pay by cheque and we will post you out a cheque booklet.)

Step 3. Send all relevant forms in via post or fax.

Step 4. You will recieve a sponsorship pack in the mail, including a photo of your child and a summary of their history, some spnsorship guidelines and a letter confirming your method of payment.
